Kyle Peterson, MS, PA-C

Kyle Peterson is the dedicated Physician Assistant to Dr. Eytan Debbi, working alongside him in clinic and the operating room across every phase of adult reconstruction and joint replacement care. He conducts comprehensive patient evaluations, first-assists in surgery, manages post-operative recovery, and offers non-operative management options including cortisone injections, PRP, and hyaluronic acid (HA) injections for patients seeking relief before or instead of surgery.

Kyle earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the CUNY School of Medicine at The City College of New York, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the Dean's Award for scholastic achievement and service to the community. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Russell Sage College, where he graduated with honors. Before joining HSS, he built a strong foundation in musculoskeletal medicine as an orthopaedic surgery PA at Harlem Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center.

Known for a compassionate, culturally aware, and team-centered approach, Kyle brings a proactive and reassuring presence to every visit, making sure patients feel informed and looked after from the first consultation through full recovery.

Steven Ramos is our office manager and the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes. He oversees daily operations, supports the staff, and makes sure the practice runs smoothly for patients and team members alike. Organized, dependable, and always ready to help, Steven takes pride in keeping the office at its best. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and their dog.

Grisselle Gonzalez

Grisselle Gonzalez is our medical secretary and often the first friendly face patients meet. She is organized, warm, and calm, even when things get busy, and she keeps the front office running smoothly. Away from the desk, she loves fixing cars, a hobby that shows the same hands-on problem-solving and attention to detail she brings to work.
